NAS Design only accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases : Local (Malaysia) Bank Transfers. Orders are processed based on the availability of the pending item. NAS Design will contact you through email if there are any issues with your oder. You will receive a confirmation email with 4-digit order number e.g #1122 upon any successful transaction.
NAS Design reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of any cancellation, you will be notified by email of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within five (5) business day of purchase.
NAS Design processes orders for shipping on Monday through Friday excluding Malaysian public holidays. Any orders that is received after 3PM during weekends and the public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via Pos Laju Malaysia. Shipping is free to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
After your purchase is complete and once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment's status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Pos Laju Malaysia's official website.
Please note us at email@example.com within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after your receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation.

If you are for any reason unhappy with the items that you have ordered, you may return them within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for an exchange of your purchase price.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. NAS Design will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Any items with final discount or sale items is not qualified for returns.

Please do note that we will refund your defective items in seven (7) calendar days from the date when we receive the returned product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you first placed your order and you will be subject to the NAS Design right to withhold amounts for products which were found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not your delivery charges.
NAS Design reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit or any products which are not in the same condition when they were received.

All personal information collected to process and fulfill your orders is to be minimized, private, accurate, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product(s) that you have placed order. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for NAS Design is the sole purpose and use of NAS Design.
